The NSW Driver Trainers Association is the only Nationally represented body for driver trainers in NSW. As a member of the ADTA National we have the backing and support of over 3500 driver trainers across the country. For Learner drivers this means an added level of re-assurance that your NDTA Driver Trainer can provide the best training available. Our aim is to help driver trainers be the best in their field through information, support and professional development. And to ensure that Learner drivers get the best possible training when they use the services of our members. We can help provide information and support to all interested parties regarding any changes or reforms both locally and nationally, along with access to many programs or initiatives they may be interested in becoming involved in.

The Department provides evidence-based advice on a range of road safety issues, contributing to the development of informed road safety policies. It also coordinates a number of national stakeholder bodies and events, including the biennial Indigenous Road Safety Forum.
